What's freshman year of high school like?

I'm ending my freshman year right now!(: No need to be scared. I was extremely shy and i remember on the first day, i was shaking because i didn't know most of the kids i was seeing. Honestly, there was absolutely NO reason to be freaked out like that. No one is going to see you and think you don't fit in for no reason, they're too busy with their friends to pick out everyone and catagorize them. I would say just be open to people when they talk to you. Try to carry out the conversation because that person could probably end up being your best friend. Highschool's wierd like that. Girls i though i would NEVER in a million years be friends with ended up being really close to me. I guarantee, by the end of next year, you'll wonder why you were so nervous to start highschool in the first place. All you have to do is socialize and stay with the right people, and you will be FINE, i promise.(: Good luck!!
