Introducing a new guinea pig?

I have one male guinea pig. i know its better for them to live with a cage mate. I have had my guinea pig for about a year now, and he is a little over a year old. i want to get him another pig to run around with. i know that males do have a higher risk of fighting than females. i would get a girl but i do not want baby pigs(plus breeding them can have fatal consiquences). ive thought this over for the past month and i have decided to try getting a new guinea pig. i know to introduce them slowly. im not getting a baby because i dont want him getting hurt if my guinea pig strikes. now, my guinea pig is very calm and docile, so i dont think i should worry about to much other than the occasional nervous tension and chase between the older pig and the new one. my guinea pig is litter trained, so he has free roam around the living room/dining room. he knows his boundries and doesnt go past the carpeted floor. he loves to be held and when i clip his nails he doesnt fuss. he is a very nice pig. im a little nervous about introdcing a new guinea pig still, because i dont know if my guinea pig has a dark side i havent seen... lol... i feed him pellets, hal, leafy greens, and occasional friuts. he even shares food with the dogs(which he also gets along with very well(he even tries to woo the biggest dog ;D). im very expirienced with my piggy care, i just want some opinions, and im always open to advice and care improvements. thank you so much! maybe some tips on handling a new cage mate?

Can I castrate a 1 year old ram sheep?

He should be mature enough to castrate, yes. Don't leave him alone, you should socialize him as much as possible, or else he may become aggressive if you wait too long to castrate him!

STRAY CATS FIGHTING HELP!?

there are two black cats about the same size that hang around my house,i think they are sibblings. they are always together, but they are always fighting! they moan and growl and BAM! attack each other. one riped out the fur of the other one, i thought he had a mouse in his mouth, but it was a tuft of fur! i also have a very sweet docile out door cat (she's sorta tame but we cant take her in, dont worry she's spayed) she hangs around our house all day and we feed her 3 times a day and she has a healthy coat and weight. is she in danger of the other cats? also sometimes i go out and brake up the fights, but would they come at me? they are not rabid, they show none of the symptoms, and this has been going on for months. what do i do? i dont want them to get hurt, and they look kinda scrawny, and i cant feed them because, one is always with the other, and when they're together there fighting. so they are too tense to stop and eat.

I really like the way you gave Hayley a unique spelling its something she most likely going to love about her name. But since they are twins in my opinion you should give them both some kind of uniqueness in there names. You don't wanna give them the same spelling as everyone else. Congratulations on the new joys in your life. And by no means did I mean to offend you if I did.
