Best demi permanent hair dye for black hair?

I haven't dyed my hair bright colors before, so I'm not sure. But I know hottopic has a lot of those bright dyes, that are pretty good. I've heard some reviews of them. But, You'll 98% have to bleach your hair first, which damages your hair a lot! & don't forget, bleaching + dying your hair = double damage. But good luck, and I hope your hair turns out the way you want it to! (:
