Married men, what are the disadvantages of being with a docile or weak woman?

I often read articles where authors cite strong women. It made me wonder, what exactly are the disadvantages of having a weak or docile woman? Last year, I studied abroad and by standards in this country those women were very docile. But on the other hand, the family structure over there was in tact and many of the marriages, the ones I could see anyway, appeared to be solid. I personally, don't know of any weak women in this country, especially compared to what I saw last year but what would be the disadvantage of being with a weak woman as opposed to being with a strong one?
