Freshwater Crustaceans?

I've recently purchased a 29 gallon freshwater aquarium. Currently I have only several community fish and a spotted catfish. I'm interested in purchasing a fully submersible crustacean, and wondered if anyone has any recommendations or suggestions based on my tank situation? I'd prefer something small and docile.
