Can you explain my Pisces coworker for me?

Alright first off, Cancer people are very emotional beings. Of all the signs they probably are most in touch with their feelings but that doesn't necessarily mean they can control them the best. It could be assumed since she is an emotional being and works a stressful job which entails many people who can either be apathetic or unappreciative or rude for her assistance she may be more sensitive to it. I would try to be he best friend you possibly can and encourage her that she's doing a great job and help her feel secure in both her job and self. I'm sure you'll be able to take the crab out of the crab :)
