Are all Netherlands dwarf bunny aggressive or can they be docile?

So i'm planning on buying a bunny this week, and i really really want a netherland dwarf bunny because they are cute and small. I use to have a normal bunny, and it grew big. My neighbor has a bunny, and he would put it ouside on the snow and he wouldn't move or run away. i've recently read that netherland bunnies are aggressive. But is there a way for them to become docile, and i'm terrified of bitten ever since my hamster bite me. I want a bunny that is sweet and docile, and that is not very hyper and loyal.
